Federal Tax ID Number
The Federal Tax Identification Number or EIN (Employer Identification Number) as it is referred to is a unique nine-digit number assigned by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to a business entity operating in the United States for the purposes of identification.  It is the equivalent of a social security number, but instead of being issued to an individual it is issued to a Corporation. The EIN is required to operate your business and to be able to open a bank account for the Corporation. We can obtain this number for you and provide it to you with your new Corporation.  The advantage of allowing us to get it for your Corporation, is that we will deliver it with your Corporation for only $45, which will enable you to open your bank account immediately.

Sub-Chapter S Status (a Tax Savings benefit)
As a Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States, the Sub-Chapter S status provides a huge benefit as it is the most tax advantageous type of Corporation the owner can have. A regular Corporation is expected to pay or is subject to Federal Corporate Income Taxes. In this case, profits are taxed first on the corporate level and then again at the individual level of the owners or shareholders to whom the profits are distributed. This is known as double taxation and could result in a combination of  tax with a rate of 70% or higher. Having the Sub-Chapter S Corporation or status means that no  Federal Corporate Income Tax is paid, so that the earnings or loss of the Corporation will flow directly to the owners or shareholders.  To file for this status, will cost you a small fee of $125.

Sales Tax Number and Certificate of Authority
If you sell taxable good or services, you will need a sales tax account number with the State(s) that you operate in as the Certificate of Authority to charge Sales Tax in the specified state of operation. This account number also enables you to purchase goods for resale or export and not pay any State sales tax.  The fee to prepare the paperwork to help you to obtain this account number is $45 if ordered at the same time with your corporation.

REGULAR SERVICE
The regular processing time for a Corporation is approximately 4-5 weeks. The Corporate Package is complete and includes Certificate of Incorporation, By-Laws, Corporate Book, Corporate Seal, Preliminary Name Search, State Filing Fees, and Attorneys Fees. Any Additional documents or agreements you may order will also be delivered in your Corporate Records Book.
